Does caloric restriction after 60 still gain several years of life?

I wouldn’t recommend caloric restriction in the standard sense for any age group.
I would however recommend OMAD which is one meal a day, the side of this is that it restricts calories indirectly and has massive health benefits without any of the normal downsides of a normal caloric restrictive diet.
OMAD goes very well with Keto (very high, organic good fats)
Cardio+weight training makes you younger.
